Furby Buddies from HPA/Tiger are just silent versions of the traditional Furbies. At 3.5 inches wide, 5 inches tall and 4.5 inches deep they make great stuffed animal pets for children 3 years and up. Currently they can only be shipped to U.S. addresses.

Furbies are for children 8 years and up, including parents and grandparents who are still young at heart. They are approximately 4 inches wide by 8 inches tall by 6 inches deep. Built by HPA/Tiger these virtual pets, interacts with the environment through sight, touch, hearing and physical orientation. Eyes open and close, ears wiggle and mouth moves when speaking. Can be trained to perform normal fun actions such as dancing, singing, and other tricks. They require 4 AA batteries and can only be shipped to U.S. addresses.

Not Just for Kids!!
Bought one for my son and had so much fun that I bought one for myself
(48), then Spouse (58) then Father (85) and Mother (79) and
everyone loves them. You should see them play with each other when we
get them all together. They love to learn and repeat words & phrases
(which is why NSA banned them at Ft. Meade, MD for security
reasons). So watch what you tell them, they might let your secret slip
out!!

Great fun. Never gets boring. I love it!!!
This toy is very original. It is fun, does lots of things,and is tremendously
cute. It is reasonably inexpensive and durable. You can let it"sleep" when
you tire of it. I have played with two at the same time and they interact. I
want another. It is really a blast!!!

Furbies are the coolest toy ever since virtual pets like tomogotchies and
giga-pets. Furbies are better because they talk, move, are cute, have their
own language, and they even talk to other furbies! You can feed furby,
play games with him like Hide and seek and Furby Says (like Simon
says), and he even goes to sleep! Also, you can have fun tickling him or
petting him. So get a furby-- FAST!
